It Begins

After talking about starting a blog, I finally decided the time was right. So why name it the Outhouse Times Picayune, well for those familiar with the Simpsons they may get the reference, but it goes far beyond that. When you think of outhouses, you think of rednecks, hilljacks, hillbillies, sons of the south, and West Virginia, but most of all you think of crap. As for the Times Picayune part of the title, it gives the blog a credible sounding name, much like the New Orleans Times Picayune. No one respects New Orleans, in fact most of it no longer exists, but they do respect the name Times Picayune. In essence the title refers to all the crap thats fit to print, and even some that isn't. However, unlike the New Orleans Times Picayune, this site is totally based on opinion, namely mine.

So stay tuned over the coming days, weeks, months, and even years for more crap than you can handle, and for some readers that will be quite a lot. Thanks for being a valued reader, and remember the only opinion that really matters here is mine.
